Easy Parmesan Sheetpan Chicken and Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 5 to 6 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1/2 bottle Parmesan Garlic wing sauce
  • 1 bag Brussel Sprouts
  • seasoning of choice for chicken (I used Kinder Caramelized Onion Butter)
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder + thyme (each)
  • drizzle olive oil

Equipment

  • 1 Sheet pan or rectangular shaped oven safe dish
  • Parchment Paper I used for easy cleanup

Method
 

  1. If using, place parchment paper onto sjeetpan. Arrange chicken in a single layer on a sheetpan. Drizzle with olive oil and season generously
  2. Pour about half the bottle onto the chicken- front and back. The chicken should be visibly coated.
  3. Add Brussel Sprouts to the pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with onion powder and thyme.
  4. Toss the Brussel Sprouts to evenly coat
  5. Place in oven and lelet the kitchen appliance do its thing!
