Delicious Garlic Butter Chicken

Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts sautéed in a garlic and white wine butter sauce that is easy to make and family approved.

Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb thin Cut Chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Salt/Pepper/Garlic Seasoning Mix
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter. 1 tbsp will be added at 2 different times
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken stock. If using stock add a few dashes of onion powder for sweetness that the wine would’ve added.
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley or italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Prepare The Chicken
  2. Combine/mix the dredge ingredients. Give it a quick taste to ensure it taste good. Set aside.
  3. Sprinkle salt/pepper/garlic mix on both sides of the chicken. Use a fork or spatula to press into chicken.
  4. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Press flour into chicken and then set aside.
  5. While chicken is soaking up that seasoning, put a sauté pan over medium high heat.
  6. Melt butter in pan and add olive oil.
  7. Put chicken to pan. After about 6 to 8 minutes, flip chicken to cook the next side for another 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. Remove chicken from pan.
  9. Add butter, let it melt, then add garlic and chili crunch. Mix with droppings in pan.
  10. Add white wine to deglaze the pan and turn into a sauce.
  11. Add chicken back to pan and bast with the sauce.
  12. After 5 minutes, turn off heat
  13. Serve up to the family then send those kids to bed. Momma is tired!
