
Delicious Garlic Butter Chicken
Thinly Sliced Chicken Breasts sautéed in a garlic and white wine butter sauce that is easy to make and family approved.

- Prepare The Chicken
- Combine/mix the dredge ingredients. Give it a quick taste to ensure it taste good. Set aside.
- Sprinkle salt/pepper/garlic mix on both sides of the chicken. Use a fork or spatula to press into chicken.
- Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Press flour into chicken and then set aside.
- While chicken is soaking up that seasoning, put a sauté pan over medium high heat.
- Melt butter in pan and add olive oil.
- Put chicken to pan. After about 6 to 8 minutes, flip chicken to cook the next side for another 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove chicken from pan.
- Add butter, let it melt, then add garlic and chili crunch. Mix with droppings in pan.
- Add white wine to deglaze the pan and turn into a sauce.
- Add chicken back to pan and bast with the sauce.
- After 5 minutes, turn off heat
- Serve up to the family then send those kids to bed. Momma is tired!
