Unrolled Salmon Sushi Plate
For the nights when you have a taste for sushi but no time to roll, you just don't want too or have picky eaters.

Method
- Set out all ingredients and equipment.
- Heat a pan over medium high heat. Add 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Add 4 servings of rice and toast. Rice should begin to brown after 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn.
- Once rice is toasted, add water based on servings plus 1/2 tsp rice vinegar. Reduce heat and cover until water is evaporated.
- While rice cooks, prepare the salmon. Drizzle with sesame oil and Seasonings.
- Place to the side and heat a non stick pan over medium high heat. Add salmon.
- While salmon cooks, slice (cleaned) cucumber ane avocado. Put to side.
- Salmon should now be ready to flip. Do so.
- Check on rice. Ot should be just about done or finished. Crumble in sheets of seaweed paper. Stir to combine. Set aside.
- Remove salmon from heat. If not done, continue to cook.
- Plate it up! Add salmon, rice and vegetables on a plate. Drizzle bang bang sauce and top woth sesame seeds.
